These Terms and Conditions constitute an understanding between Dks Infradesigns Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and its customers.

A Customer refers to any individual, organization, or entity engaging Dks Infradesigns for its interior design services and solutions.

1. Booking Payment and Validity of Quotations

Upon the initial consultation, the Customer must make a booking payment of 10% of the quoted value to secure the order.

Validity of Quotations:

• Quotations before the first installment payment remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Quotations after the first installment payment remain valid for 2 months from the date of issuance.

2. Project Cost Estimation Terms

The initial quotation is a rough estimate based on the floor plan and customer requirements and may change after design discussions and site evaluation.

The final project cost will depend on:

• Actual site measurements
• Approved scope of work
• Design or material revisions

Price variations of 5–10% from the original estimate may occur.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Customization or non-standard product selections
• Expanded scope of work

Quotes for services such as plumbing, gas piping, or electrical work are estimates only, subject to actual site conditions.

Payments apply to both woodwork and non-woodwork components (civil work, carpentry, appliances, décor, etc.) and follow this installment structure:
